Can I cancel my order and get my money back?
If you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money. However, please note that when the order processing has already started or the item has already shipped, we can not cancel the order nor refund the money. We suggest that any decision to cancel the order should be fast so that we will be able to serve your wishes better.
Can I return an item for a full refund?
Yikes! Your purchase didn't make you feel fabulous? It's ok. You have 5 days from your delivery date to return it for a store gift card. No refunds will be given.
NOTE THESE GUIDELINES PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEMS:
- The item(s) must be in its original condition and unworn: PLEASE NOTE: If we receive your item damaged, stained, and/or without original tags - they will not be accepted for return
- The item(s) must have the original tag(s) on it/them
**Failure to follow the above guidelines, the store gift card will not be issued**
Next, package your item(s), pop it in the mail, then shoot us an email to let us know your tracking information. That way we can look out for it! Once your return has been received, we will confirm via email.

The size I ordered was wrong. Can I ask for an exchange for a different size?
Sure! Just note that there is a 25% restocking fee. Also, we have a limited supply of each item in our store. Contact us via email first BEFORE shipping your items back to us for an exchange. Unfortunately, we may not have what you need in stock anymore.
Our product sizes may vary in measurements so it is VERY important to view the size charts we provide. This will allow you to compare the measurements given with the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.
We mention the measurements of products on the product pages and/or on our website footer. Be sure you check the size charts and even go up or down a size if you are unsure of the fit.
